Isabelle de Lichtervelde
Isabelle De Lichtervelde is a Senior Program Officer at Pandemic Action Network, where she brings 10+ years’ experience working with governments, international organisations and civil society. Her professional background includes working in the European Commission and conducting research on Chinese-European-U.S. relations at Université Libre de Bruxelles. She led ONE Campaign’s engagement in the UN Financing for Development negotiations and the OECD aid modernisation process. After Brexit, Isabelle joined Best for Britain to oversee research and produce surveys, reports, and briefs on how to democratically reverse the decision. Her research experience in development-humanitarian-peace coherence led to authorship of policy reports with recommendations for improving the lives of the marginalized.
