Rafael Garcia Aceves
Rafael García Aceves is a Senior Program Officer at Pandemic Action Network, where he supports the Network's policy communications. He brings a decade-long experience at the intersection of research, advocacy, and political engagement. Rafael has been behind different campaigns and policy reform efforts at national and global scales, including Mexico's anti-corruption initiative that led to the country's most significant legal reform in decades in such a field. He holds a master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, specialising in methods and data science for social research.
